Sometimes the push you need to begin living your dreams is literally a push...

I began selling on Etsy and doing craft shows in 2007. It was very slow going at first. I knew NOTHING about running a business, my photos were atrocious, and my customer service left something to be desired.

I did a paid internship for a handbag designer and learned a lot, but I was stubborn and wanted to succeed MY way. So, I took the long route. But, I'm here now and this is just where I want to be.

** In order to use Paypal, you do NOT need a Paypal account, just a Credit Card!!! Click on the Paypal icon after purchase. On the left hand side of the page about half way down, you will find a place to click and pay without logging in to Paypal. Follow the directions from there and you're on your way!

*** I must receive payment within 3 days, or your order will be canceled and appropriate feedback will be left. If you change your mind about a purchase, please convo me (or email me) and let me know. It would make both of our lives a lot easier and only takes you a second. Thanks.
You have the right to cancel the sale as well. But, I must receive communication for this to take place. Once your purchase is shipped, I cannot cancel the sale.

*** If you live in Texas, I have to charge you 8.25% Sales Tax. Paypal will automatically figure this for you. Thanks for understanding.
*** All purchases will be sent First Class through the USPS unless otherwise noted in the listing.

*** Please make sure that I have the correct address for shipping your item. If your Etsy and Paypal addresses are different, I will contact you for some clarification. If I do not hear back from you before shipping day, I will use the Etsy address. If your Etsy address is not current, there may be a delay in receiving your items. Please place any special shipping instructions in 'message to seller' upon checkout.

*** I would be happy to send your gift purchase directly to the recipient!!! As usual, your items will be wrapped in tissue. A special invoice with no prices will be sent as well as a handmade card. Please provide a shipping address and let me know what you would like the card to say in 'message to seller'.

*** Shipping prices do not include insurance or delivery confirmation. Once shipped, I cannot be responsible for your purchase if you choose NOT to purchase insurance. Shipping insurance generally costs about $1.50. Delivery confirmation generally costs less than $1.00. (These prices are based on domestic shipping. International charges will be more.)

When I ship an item, I receive and keep a receipt showing that I shipped a package to your zip code within a reasonable time frame. This is proof that the item shipped and I am not required to track the package any further. Unfortunately, the USPS makes mistakes, but I cannot replace a product if you do not receive it and did not choose to purchase insurance or confirmation.

If you would like to purchase these shipping options, contact me prior to purchase and I will revise shipping for you, OR you can follow the procedure below:

To Purchase Shipping Insurance or Delivery Confirmation...
Upon checkout, request insurance in 'message to seller'. When directed to Paypal, pay as usual. I will send you a Paypal request for the insurance and/or confirmation cost within 24 hours. Once the complete payment has been received, your product can be shipped.

*** Shipping days are MONDAY and FRIDAY. If you purchase items on one of those days and I have already gone to post, your item will be shipped on the next post day. This means that your items will be shipped no longer than 4 days from purchase but most likely sooner. This is the best system for keeping business and shipping costs low which I, in turn, pass on to my customers.

Please let me know if you need something in a more timely manner and I will try my best to post your items a.s.a.p.
Refunds and Exchanges
*** I want you to love your purchase! Please contact me as soon as possible with any concerns and I will do my best to resolve issues quickly. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, the policy is NO REFUNDS, unless I completely misrepresent an item or make a mistake in shipping. (If I make a mistake in shipping and it comes back to me, I will pay to reship the item to the correct address.)

We're all human and we all make mistakes. Sometimes I do; sometimes you do. Let's not squabble about who's at fault. Let's just FIX it, if we can. If you read the section above, which I hope you did, you know that I have covered myself as far as shipping problems go. I hope you will consider shipping insurance for your own peace of mind. But, because all of my products are one-of-a-kind, it's impossible for me to simply reship an item, even if I wanted to. Please be patient if a shipping problem arises and hopefully we can resolve it together. Lost packages have a way of turning up, in my experience.

*** Applying Promotional Discounts ***
Discount codes are normally given out as a 'Thank You' for purchasing one of my products. If you receive one of these codes and would like to redeem your discount on another product, follow the instructions below:

Upon purchase, place the discount code in 'message to seller'. When directed to Paypal, pay as usual. I will refund the amount of your discount within 48 hours. (Your refund may take longer if I have to wait for your payment to clear.) The discount will be applied to purchase only. Shipping charges will not be discounted.

*** Caring For Your New Purchase ***
I recommend spot cleaning on all handbags, totes, wallets, and patches. As a recycler, it's impossible for me to know and pass on information about fabric content and care. Wash at your own risk!

It's a good idea to use 'Scotch Guard' or a similar product to protect the fabric as well. Follow the instructions on the can as brands may vary.

I welcome custom orders! Certain fabrics and embellishments may or may not be available due to the nature of my business.
