1 out of 5 starsI never received the item. UPS tracking showed the package arrived in a different city than my shipping address in an empty, damaged box. When I contacted the seller, they only issued a partial refund (still charged me $13 shipping for a product I never received.) When I asked to be refunded the entire amount, the seller stopped responding and the shop was temporarily closed. I had to escalate the case to Etsy for a full refund. Will not be working with this seller in the future.
