If you order more than one item and at least one of them is made to order, all items will be shipped together when the made to order has been completed unless otherwise requested.
I will ship to the address you enter at purchase unless you request in the comment box when you order that I send it to a different address and this change will need to be confirmed before shipping. I take no responsibility for the loss of item if the buyer submits an incorrect address, so please be thorough in your checkout process.
If you require special shipping such as a faster option or UPS, please contact me before you purchase so that I can adjust your purchase price accordingly:)
Orders Within the US:
I will ship your order within the US via USPS First Class which takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery but may take longer. I offer tracking on these orders and will include the tracking number for your convenience in your shipping notification.
Orders to any address outside the US will be mailed USPS Fist Class International. Shipping on these orders takes a minimum of 10 business days for delivery but may take up to 3 months depending on the country of destination. I will provide the customs form number on request for international customers who wish to call their customs departments and inquire after their package.
International customers should be forewarned that your customs department may open your package and/or add a customs fee which would consequently prevent delivery and require you to pick up the package at your local post office. I take no responsibility for these fees but will mark the value on the customs forms significantly lower than actual sale price in an effort to help international customers avoid customs fees:)

A: No. Nothing tanned, dyed, glued and coated can be (but I do try to make green choices when possible). If you are highly sensitive or allergic to chemicals, be advised that my items have been treated with some. However, all treatments will have cured and been ventilated and should be quite safe for general wear.
Q: Allergen free?
A: I'd have to say no on this one. All my items are made in a cat friendly home and though I do my best to make sure there are no complimentary hairs shipped along with your item, if you have a strong allergy to cats, there is a small chance you may react to the item itself.
Q: Do you ever have sales?
A: Yes. I like to offer some randomly in addition to the typical holiday sales. Check in to see or sign up to my mailing list for news about sales and new products.
Q: Where do you source your materials?
A: I try to buy US made as much as possible to support my home economy. I also buy a lot of my supplies form other sellers here on Etsy to support the handmade movement and other independent artisans.
Q: Why does your stuff cost so much?
A: You get what you pay for.
I design and make each piece with perfectionist care.
I pay fair prices for and select materials of good quality.
I provide clear and comprehensive information about each piece and respond to inquiries personally.
And lastly, it’s handmade. And every time you buy from me, from any artisan, you are helping to mend the gross global commercial distortion of industry and it’s far reaching effects. Each purchase helps keep creativity alive and to keep me and my small family from being homeless and starving in the employment wasteland where we live.
