This item was broken when it was received. I did everything I knew to determine how to return the item and get my money back,however, I was unsuccessful. Are you able to help me at this time? I would appreciate anything you can do,

The customer never contacted me before posting the feedback. At this point the insurance claim was made and paid. The full refund was issued.

Items shipped to Florida incur 7% sales tax. Items shipped to countries outside the USA may incur import taxes, according to the laws of your country. Please find out the customs before making your purchase.

In the spirit of conservation, I reclaim packing materials whenever possible in order to keep shipping costs low and mounds of supplies from entering the waste stream. Printed receipts are included upon request.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refund is for purchase price less shipping and handling charges, unless my error necessitates the return. Though I hope you'll be thrilled, I accept returns for any reason, even if you simply changed your mind (the only exception is prop buyers, though, as it's so easy to abuse the privilege).
Lost items: full refund if tracking info says it didn't arrive within in a reasonable time.
Damaged items: full or partial refund (I may request return or proof of damage). If I have an identical item in stock, I reserve the right to send a replacement rather than issuing a refund. I purchase shipping insurance on all shipments. In all the damaged cases the shipping insurance covers the full refund. All damage related cases has to be reported to me no later that 10 days after receiving merchandise.
