All items are handmade. The minute imperfections is what makes them unique and personal. Please remember that no handmade item is perfect.

I accept payment via paypal only.

If you live in the state of Missouri, you are subject to state sales tax. If you have a tax free letter, please send me a scanned image of the letter and I will refund the tax to you.

All orders will be shipped on the following Monday after payment is received.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail on the following Monday after payment is received.

I do not purchase shipping insurance on my items unless requested. An extra fee for insurance will be requested.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive a damaged item, I will replace it for free or you may request a refund. If I am unable to replace the item due to materials being unavailable, you may request a full refund or ask for a different item from my shop. I do ask that you send me an image of the damage to the item for my own record keeping.

If you receive an item and it is not as expected, you may exchange the item within 30 days of receipt. I ask that you pay for the return of the item. If you feel that the item's listing was incorrect, please contact me and we will negotiate a refund or exchange.

All custom items are excluded from exchanges due to their custom nature. Images of custom items will be sent to you so that you may approve before shipment.
Additional policies and FAQs
Like one of my items, but it won't match your uniform? Have a favorite color or scheme that means something special to you? Like the look of a clippy, but are looking for a barrette or magnet? Many of my items can be made in different colors and I can attach what you are looking for on the back. Just convo me & I'll let you know what I can do. If you like it, I'll set up a reserved listing for you.

I can also do large custom orders. Do you have employees you'd like to reward? Need gifts for nurses or tech week? Would like to do holiday gifts for your employees or co-workers? Just convo me & I'd be happy to discuss a reserved listing for you. (Large orders get discounts based on size.)
