Returns and exchange details
Before you excitedly add something from my shop to your shopping cart, please make sure that the item you purchase is the correct size before buying if you have any questions to avoid any future issues; I'd love to answer any questions you have.
RETURNS: I allow returns if contacted within three days of an item(s) being received IF I totally blow it and there is a defect or I send the incorrect item. However, I take great care (one of the bonuses of being anal-retentive) in making sure my items are constructed well, selected for shipping properly, and packaged securely. The returned item must be returned within two weeks of your having received the item (for international orders, this will be extended and discussed via convo) in same condition it was received. Since this is my error, I will pay for shipping, of course.
EXCHANGES: If you receive your item and it's simply not what you want, please contact me within three days of receiving your item, and we can work out an exchange. Again, I would like the item in my possession within two weeks of it having been delivered to you (international orders...longer of course!) and in it's original condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping . For an exchange, the customer can either immediately choose another item of equal value, or store credit can be given for this shop only...good for six months.
I can not offer any kind of compensation due to loss or damage during transit, please handle this with the postal carrier
If you send an item back without first contacting me, your return will be void.
REPAIRS: If an item that you purchase from my shop needs repair within four months of your purchasing it, I offer FREE repair. Please convo me about the repair needed; you pay for the shipping to me, and I'll pay for the shipping to you.

I will send you an email to acknowledge your purchase, confirm your address, and to let you know when I will ship your item(s), which is as fast as I can! I will be totally anxious for you to receive your item(s) as much as you are, but I will be sure to confirm payment (and your address) before doing so. If the ship-to address is incorrect in my email, please contact me immediately!
