Our team of two <3
So, we are family keen on the simple but important things in life and environment friendly lifestyle.
I've started with sewing when we've decided together with my husband that we will decorate all that's possible in our new home by our own (textiles, soft furniture, etc). And from one-time activity it becomes my hobby and something that I really like to do.
Being interested in the healthy lifestyle hints, we have learned for the Zero Waste concept and decided that we could try to contribute to this great idea via our handcrafted zero waste goodies. First we started using them in our home and then started giving them to friends, and now offering in our Etsy shop.
We'd be glad if you decide to give us a trust and try our reusables. Each feedback is welcomed. :)

LOST PARCELS
If you do not receive your parcel within 30 business days after confirmation for dispatching, please contact us. We will require from the Delivery Company an information about the actual status, and localization of the parcel. After confirmation from their site that it is lost, we will send you a new one for free or issue a full refund.
RETURNS& REFUNDS
PRE-APPROVAL
If you are not satisfied or would like to return the item(s) you have received from us, please contact us. All Returns should be communicated and pre-approved from Nulla Crafts, before sending the item(s) back. You may request a return within 14 days after delivery and ship back the item (after pre-approval) within 30 days after delivery. Returned items must be in their initial condition.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURN OF NON-DEFECTIVE ITEM
If items has arrived as ordered, Buyers are responsible for return costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible and charged for any loss in value.
If custom fees apply for returning, they will be on your cost and will be deducted from the refund amount.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE ITEM
WHAT IS CONSIDERED AS DEFECTIVE ITEM? An item is considered as defective in case of different fabric, material, deviation over +/-5% of size, broken item, etc.

If you receive a defective item or item with mistake (please read more at link), please contact us and according to your wish, we will gladly:
make and send you new one
or issue a full refund of the defective item
In both cases, the defective parts should be returned to us.
SHIPPING / RETURN COSTS FOR NOT DELIVERED ITEMS
Any Shipping / Returning costs due to:
Incorrect, incomplete, illegible address, unsuccessful delivery (recipient is not at the address, not living there anymore, etc.);
Unclaimed or Refused parcel,
Will be charged to buyer. Item cost will be fully refunded to buyer.
If any custom fees apply for returning a non-defective part, they will be on your cost and will be deducted from the refund amount.
CANCELLATION
As our items are made to order, we do not accept cancellation, but if you have any problem with your order, please contact us within 24hrs after purchasing and if we haven’t start making it, your purchase order could be cancelled.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE EU AND USA
If you would like a delivery outside EU and USA, please contact us and we will gladly send you quotation for the shipping to your address (if possible). If you accept, a custom listing will be created for you and you will be able to purchase your item.
TRACKING INFORMATION & PACKAGING
We do our best to use only Eco-Friendly packaging. Our items are packed mainly in paper, cardboard, paper adhesive tape and fully compostable bags.
In some cases, we pack in PP sandbag – please try to reuse it for other purposes or ask your regional agency where you may dispose it without contaminate the environment. Thank you!
IF YOUR ITEM IS DELIVERED WITH DAMAGED PACKAGING:
Please inspect package for any damages. If packaging is damaged (torn, broken, there is a hole, etc.), please Do Not Accept it. The package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one.
If you accept damaged package, we will not be able to claim it to the delivery company and we will not be able claim it to the delivery company.
DELIVERY ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Buyer is responsible for providing correct and illegible Name, Delivery address, Email and all needed information for delivery.
Nulla Crafts is not responsible for not delivered items due to:
Incorrect, incomplete, illegible address, unsuccessful delivery (recipient is not at the address, not living there anymore, etc.);
Unclaimed or Refused parcel.
In this cases, you will be refund for the item amount, without the Shipping costs and/or any Custom fees if they apply.
Are there any allergens in Nulla Crafts' products?
Our products are completely crafted in our home, which is pets friendly. We keep our sweet cat out of the Crafting Room, keep the fabrics and the ready products packed, and keep very good hygiene, but nevertheless PLEASE ALWAYS WASH YOUR PRODUCT PRIOR THE FIRST USAGE AND CONSIDER THE ABOVE INFORMATION IN CASE YOU HAVE ANY PETS OR SIMILAR ALLERGY.
