Custom and personalised orders
Processing and delivery times on custom orders will be agreed in a conversation between ourselves as every order is beautifully unique !
Gift wrapping and packaging
No problem at all. If you wish to send an item as a gift direct to the recipient, please let Number11interiors know
How will your item be packed
Your purchase will be sent in a cardboard box using recycled materials as much as possible, but will always be safe and secure inside. Please reserve a few minutes, and possibly a big bag, on delivery day for unpacking. Those naked wotsits fly everywhere !
Shipping method
All purchases are posted insured and to be signed for, unless at your specific instruction. If you ask for this number11interiors cannot be responsible for your item once it is with the carrier.
Order processing
All orders will be processed in 1-3 business days unless you agree otherwise.
Returns and damages
While Number11interiors would prefer to see if we can arrange something to make you happy with your order sometimes returns are necessary.
Returns and damages - you must inform number11interiors within 14 days of receipt.
The item must be in it's original packaging and unused condition on return. Any damage will have to be charged for.
The item must be with Number11interiors within 30 days of it's original delivery date.
If the shipment is not of the 'insured and signed for' variety number11interiors cannot be held responsible for non receipt and a refund will not be issued.
If you refuse a delivery because of import costs you still have to pay them, and the postage, when the light eventualy bounces back to us, this takes months.
Deliveries
Once a parcel is with the courier it's classed as your property. Please look out for any cards or notifications from the courier.
If you believe your parcel is 'lost by the courier' please contact your courier first ref your email account that the courier has contacted you by. Any losses must be notified in writing to Number11interiors within 14 to 30 days of the estimated delivery day.
If your parcel is returned, as uncollected, postage cannot be refunded and any damage will have to be charged for.
If you would like your purchase to be redelivered to you there will be a further postage charge to pay.
