nunoco's Shop Policies


Hello and thank you for taking the time to have a look around our shop, we really appreciate it.

If you have any questions (in relation to our shop of course) please send us a message and we'll be more than happy to help. Please remember that we might live in a different time zone from you, so you may have to wait a few hours for a reply! But we do try to answer all queries or requests as soon as possible. Our working hours are 10.00 am - 5.00pm on Monday to Friday.

Our Merino wool tops are commercially dyed - we do the all the blending on our drum carders. Each batt has been carefully thought out and most are blended three times. Each one takes time.


You can pay for your order with a credit or debit card through Etsy's 'Direct Checkout'

or with Paypal.

Payments can also be made via Paypal with a debit or credit card ( That's if you don't have a Paypal account but still want to make a payment through them.This is called an e-cheque) but please be aware that it can take up to 7 working days for an e-cheque to clear. Orders will be sent out once payment has cleared.


We aim to send out orders within 3 days of cleared payment. If for any reason there is a delay we will let you know.

We are very happy to send to overseas and far far away, however, delays happen. Packages need to travel through customs and this can slow down delivery. If you feel your delivery is taking longer than normal please let us know by sending us a 'convo'. We will ask you to check at your local post office/sorting office first.

We all hate waiting for things to arrive, especially when we have a project that we can't wait to get started with - We do our best to send your items off to you as soon as possible. However, please be aware that a trip through customs can add a few extra weeks to the delivery time especially during the Christmas rush.

Very occasionally a parcel does go astray so our policy in this situation is that if your parcel hasn't arrived 3 weeks after it should have arrived, we will replace it for you. 99% of the time they do turn up eventually!

Please be aware that when having an item shipped into your country, Customs may charge you fees (taxes) before they release your package to you. We do not pay these fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please read our listing information and understand that monitors vary etc. We do our very best to give you as much description as possible regarding weight, size, colour etc. If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make you happy again.
