Good packaging and fast shipping, plus an adorable felted flower detail on the tissue paper. Rebecca is a talented artist who is easy to work with! I would buy lots of her gnomes and folk dolls if I had endless funds 😊.

My father used to own a chain of organ and piano stores in the late 70s. He always told his sales people, "Don't look at customers with dollar signs in your eyes. Look at them and think, 'I'm going to bring music into your life.'"
I feel the same way about bringing beautiful felted and other creations into the homes of my customers. It is my delight and honor! I named my shop after my daughter Eva's nickname, Nushkie. My mission here is to create beautiful one of a kind treasures that are natural, gentle, inspire the imagination and are worthy of passing along to future generations.

Returns and exchanges
Please use delivery confirmation on all returns and provide the tracking number after mailing. All refunds would be issued immediately through PayPal.
Please do not leave your Nushkie treasure within reach of cats or dogs, who mistake these for chew toys. Just as a potter could not replace a bowl that was dropped and broken, I can not be responsible for repair or replacement if a pet dismantles one of my pieces. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping
Shipping Gifts: Whether the purchase is for a gift or not, I always wrap up my creations beautifully so they are ready for immediate gifting. Please let me know if you would like me to include a note from you. Also, please make sure the "ship-to" address is correct for the gift recipient.
Items usually leave my nest within a day or two of when the Paypal transaction goes through. I will contact you if extenuating circumstances cause a delay of more than three days for shipping. Please contact me if you are in a hurry and I will expedite shipping.
