About

When I Dream, I Dream in Yarn.

I've always had a passion for making things, but I really found my calling through crochet. I absolutely love the freedom I get with designing my own patterns, I've been addicted ever since my very first crochet invention back when I was 13. It's thrilling to be able to say 'yep, I made that, all by myself'... but even more thrilling is having the opportunity to share what I love to do with the rest of the world.

I've been on Etsy for nearly a third of my entire life, gone from running my shop on training wheels (thanks, mum and dad, for running along beside me) to running the shop on my own. I've watched Etsy grow up along with me and I feel truly privileged to be a part of such a vast, ever-growing community of amazing, talented people.

I've been a self-taught crochet inventor for a decade, I began when I was 13. When I'm not attending classes or working I like to unwind with my yarn, hooks, and a pattern I know by heart. Stressful days can produce many crocheted goodies.

Payment
When requesting a custom order from one of my patterns, please understand that the price of your physical object will be greater than the listed price on the digital pattern as there is more labor involved.
Shipping
PATTERNS:
All pattern listings are equipped with immediate download. This means that once your payment has cleared, you should receive a link to download the pattern. If you do not receive your link (check your spam folder too), send me a message with your preferred email address and I will send you the PDF. Response time is usually less than 18 hours.

HANDMADE ITEMS:
I typically ship handmade pieces the business day after received payment. Default shipping is USPS First Class Mail (2-5 business days inside the US). If you require rush delivery or prefer a different carrier, message me to arrange the upgrade, preferably BEFORE purchase.
Additional policies and FAQs
Before contacting me regarding any last-minute/rush orders, please be aware that I am currently attending college as a full-time student and I may not be able to manage your request. I leave commissions open because I have been able to fill orders during the semester, as long as I am allowed a little extra time.

FAQs:
+ I purchased this listing believing it was a finished item, not a PDF. What now? +
Send me a message explaining the mixup, I will cancel the transaction and issue a refund. Please be sure to specify what lead you to believe the item was handmade, not digital, so that I may fix the listing accordingly and avoid future confusion.

+ How big is the finished [pattern name]? +
I do not include gauge with any of my patterns because they do not need to fit on any object/body just so. The size of your finished item may not match up with mine, I am a tight stitcher. Pattern listings will usually include rough dimensions in the description based on my finished stuffies.
Most often I use a size G6 (4.5mm) hook and worsted weight (acrylic, such as Red Heart) yarn. My gauge is about 5 sc stitches/inch.

+ I'm new to crocheting, do you think I can make [pattern name]? +
With every pattern purchase, I am here for support. If you have any questions or problems along the way I will help you through it to the best of my abilities. I can provide step-by-step progress shots of a confusing section of a pattern if you are a more visual learner. Don't be afraid to ask me about my patterns, I'm here to help.

+ Do you sell the pattern for your human figures? +
I have plans to make the toddlers available as a pattern, in a build-your-own customizable setup. This is going to take some time as I create different hairstyles, genders, faces etc., but the workbook is in progress.
If you have found my Doctor Who (Tenth Doctor) or BBC Sherlock figures, I do not have patterns for them, they were freeform.
