Returns and exchange details
All sales are final. Please be sure to check turnaround times before purchasing, as refunds & cancelations will not be offered.
Made to Order items are completed in the order in which they are received. Please be sure you are allowing enough time for production and shipping, before ordering.
All items are handmade by me. If there are any questions regarding sizing, please contact me prior to purchasing to be sure you receive the correct size. Custom made/made to order items can not be returned.
We strive for complete customer satisfaction with their purchase from The Littlest Fox Boutique. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item, and I will be happy to try to work something out.
In the event of a return, shipping cannot be refunded. A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price may be issued. Items must be returned in undamaged, original condition or they cannot be returned.
Shipping times are listed in the "Shipping and Policies" tab in each listing. All items will be made and shipped by the date given. If you need an item shipped sooner please message me to check availability.
All US shipments will have delivery confirmation and tracking.
All International shipments are mailed First Class mail. Tracking on most international packages are tracked to the US Customs Office point of exit. Select countries may have additional tracking available. Your customs number will be provided upon shipment. If you are International, custom fees may apply once it has entered into your country. Please note that it is YOUR responsibility to pay the custom fees in your own country. We will not "gift" the custom slip to avoid fees, as this is illegal. We will put the total value of the item on the customs slip.
