I put a lot of thought and care into each item I make and want you to love your purchase. All of my work is done in a smoke-free home, where my one large cat is kept away from the yarn.

If an item is being sent as a gift, note this in your purchase message and I'll happily wrap it for you!

See something you like in my "sold" section? Let me know, and I'll try to re-create it to your specifications! I'd also be glad to make an item in a different size or color.

Because babies vary so much in size, please check measurements for exact fit, and note that the cotton hats don't stretch as easily as the acrylic ones. If you are buying a baby hat as a gift, it is safest to go one size up.

Returns and exchanges
IIf something goes wrong, I will issue refunds on lost or damaged items within 2 weeks of purchase (one month on international orders).

If an item does not fit, let me know and we can make arrangements for an exchange.
Payment
I only accept PayPal. You may use a credit card to pay with PayPal. If you use an e-check, I will wait until it has cleared, so please consider using a quicker option. Payment is expected immediately upon purchase.
Shipping
Ready-made items will be mailed within three business days of receiving your payment. Custom items usually take a couple days longer. Convo me to find out how long it will be before I can mail it (I'm usually quite fast).

If you'd like an item sent Priority Mail, Express Mail, or through a different carrier, convo me before purchase and I'll reserve the item for you with an adjusted rate.

I generally do not include a receipt or invoice with your order, as these are available to you online and can be printed at home, if necessary (save paper!).

Tracking is applied to all domestic items. Tracking is not available on international orders due to the ridiculous cost involved.
Additional policies and FAQs
Any customs fees incurred on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer, so please check your local regulations before ordering.
