The product arrived quickly and everything was nicely packaged and looked really solid. And it fits perfectly with the stream deck from Elgato, but you should demonstrate the front panel of the stream deck first so that you don't make the same mistake as me. The customer service was surprisingly quick and very helpful. I can only recommend it.
