Hi I am Jo (in my house aka... "the Queen". I have a tiara, I do wear it!!). I like to create unique, functional items...and sometimes just plain pretty stuff. I use quality resources, and take pride in my work.

Returns and exchanges
If you have any reason to wish to return your purchase, then shipping will be at the buyers cost. Purchase price only (not shipping) will be refunded upon receipt of the item. I will allow 6 weeks from my original shipping date for returns to arrive.

If you feel that an item has been lost during shipping, please contact me. I will ask that you wait 6 weeks from my postage date before I offer a refund. Things do sometimes catch the slow boat. I cannot offer a replacement as all my items are One Of A Kinds.
Payment
Payment can only be made via Paypal. I am on the other side of the planet, nothing else is really practical!

You don't need a Paypal account to use Paypal if you use your credit card. Paypal will process the payment for you (no fees).

Payment should be made within 3 days of purchase. Any trouble, convo me, we'll talk!

Any duties or taxes incurred are at the expense of the buyer, since I am not familiar the practices of the countries I am shipping to.
Shipping
All items are well packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
My pouches, bags and book are shipped in sealed bags, in waterproof plastic envelopes. Pincushions are wrapped and padded, placed in sealed plastic bags, and boxed for shipping.

~ I ship to the ETSY address provided (rather than the paypal address). If I have any queries over shipping details, I will convo you, and will not ship until I have confirmation of where you would like you package to go~

Shipping from NZ usually takes between 7-14 days, but can take longer. Unfortunately I have no control over the postal service delivery timeframes, I am but a mere housewife!

Purchases over $100 are shipped insured (at no extra cost to you). Insurance is available on other items for an extra $7US. Please convo me before payment (or message to seller) and I will send a revised invoice.
