Born from a desire of natural materials

Oak & Awl is a small one-man operation that started in Littleton Village, England. From a workshop in the garden, a line of handcrafted life goods of leather and wood are lovingly put together.
In the pursuit of a more humble life, we moved to a cabin in the woods of Quebec, Canada, where we can play in the beautiful outdoors all year round.

The line of life accessories and home goods range from leather folding stools to shelving and bent oak table lamps - all designed enrich the look of your home.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
For items delivered broken or damaged I am happy to replace with a new item, as I would much rather you get what you ordered then simply issue a refund.
In the occasion where a refund is necessary, the original purchase price will be refunded, excluding shipping, when the unused item is returned and assessed.
Custom orders and personalised items are not eligible for returns. There is no 'restocking' fee for refunds.
Payment
Payment for custom orders must be received before work commences on your item.

Canada Post offers NO TRACKING on standard 'Small Packet' mail service.
Once an item is shipped, it is no longer the responsibility of Oak & Awl and refunds will not be issued unless the items are returned successfully.
