When working with Oak & Orchid, our designer will be in direct communication with you every step of the way to personalize your design, answer all of your questions, and give you advice on wording and etiquette.

Our designs are semi-custom, which means you can change the wording, fonts, print colors and envelope colors at no extra charge. Enjoy unlimited revisions to ensure your chosen design is just right.

THE SAMPLE SHOP

Our Etsy shop functions as a way for you browse our designs and quickly purchase a sample so you can experience the look & feel of our stationery prior to placing your full order. Please note, wedding invitation samples are pre-printed and cannot be personalized. If you decide to move forward with a personalized custom order, we will then send you a private link to complete payment. Our shop currently showcases just the wedding invitation sets, however matching save the dates, programs, menus, place cards and thank you cards are also available by custom order.

HOW TO ORDER / HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1 – BOOKING YOUR ORDER:
Please send a message with your chosen design and how many invitations you need printed. From there, we will gather all the necessary wording and customization requests to move forward, and a link will be provided to complete your purchase.

STEP 2 – DESIGN & PROOFING:
Once payment and wording are received, our designer will personalize the design with your information and send a digital proof for your review. You will have the opportunity to request edits and receive additional proofs until everything looks good to go.

STEP 3 – PRINTING & SHIPPING:
Upon approval of the final draft, your invitations will be printed by our production team. A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has shipped.

You are welcome to contact us anytime for a quote. When browsing our shop, you can also click on “read item description” or “learn more about this item” to reveal a complete price list and more information about each design. Price lists are also outlined in our shop FAQ’s. All cards and envelopes are available to purchase separately, allowing you to choose only the items you need and build your own invitation set.

SAMPLES

Wedding invitation samples are available for immediate purchase through our Etsy shop so you can experience the look & feel of our stationery prior to placing your full order. Please note, samples are pre-printed and cannot be personalized.

If you decide to move forward with a personalized custom order, we will then send you a private link to complete payment.

MATCHING DAY-OF PIECES

At this time, our shop features wedding invitations only. However, matching save the dates, programs, menus, place cards, thank you cards, and more are also available by custom order.

SHIPPING

Custom invitation orders ship from our studio within 5-10 business days after going to print. We ship via USPS® Priority Mail, which normally takes 2-3 business days in transit. You will be notified with a tracking number when your order is shipped and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Sample invitations ship from our studio within 1-3 business days via USPS® First Class Mail, which can take anywhere from 2-5 business days in transit, depending on your location.

We do not ship during weekends or national holidays.

LAST MINUTE EDITS / REFUNDS / RETURNS / REPRINTS

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, refunds and returns are not available. Revisions cannot be made after you have given approval to start printing. If there is an error with the wording or design that has been approved by you for print, the cost of reprinting and shipping is your sole responsibility. Should there be a problem with your order due to the fault of Oak & Orchid, we will expedite a replacement of your items at no cost to you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order cancellation is only available if your order has not been printed and you have not received a digital proof or any other format of personalized stationery or design work via email or other method. After that, there is a $75 design fee to cancel personalized custom stationery orders and the remaining balance will be refunded in the same form of purchase. Once you have given final approval to print, no cancellations can be accepted and no refunds can be given.

OWNERSHIP POLICY

Artwork shall remain the property of Oak & Orchid. All electronic files exchanged during our communication will be FOR REVIEW ONLY. Any unauthorized use of these files and the content exchanged will be considered a violation of Oak & Orchid intellectual property rights. Clients may not reproduce, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works with the artwork and content exchanged. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license the client may not: copy the artwork, resell the artwork, claim any copyright or other proprietary notations of the artwork, or transfer the license to another business or person. Clients must have written permission to use or reproduce our designs for any other purpose.
