How fast do you answer messages?
My aim is as soon as possible. And always within 24 hours.
Is it real silver in your jewelry?
Yes. I only work with 925 sterling silver for my jewelry designs.
Can you make a jewelry design in gold instead of silver?
Sorry no. For my jewelry designs I work exclusively with sterling silver.
I like this design but it’s too big/too small for me. Do you have it in another size?
Sometimes no, as I work with a lot of recycled materials and then there is only that one item available. At other times yes, not a problem. Contact me for info on a particular design.
Can I ad text to a jewelry piece.
Yes, I can ad letter stamps to most jewelry pieces for a small fee. Contact me for more information.
I like this particular design but want another color. Is that possible?

The jewelry I bought has tarnished. Does it mean that it's bad quality metal?
No, it doesn't. In contrast to stainless steel, all silver oxidizes, in contact with air, your skin etc, first becoming yellow, then eventually black. Things like skin care products, smoking, medicines we take or city air pollution can also speed up that process.
Please follow the care instructions included with your order, using harmless household products, to get the shine back to your jewelry. Have you lost the care instructions, contact me to get them anew.
