1 out of 5 starsThe item was not as described it didn’t fit my purse even after measuring it by the measurements given before ordering. I ask for a return shipping label for the simple fact her card stated 100% guaranteed!!! I was told NO even though I paid shipping the first time and I wasn’t satisfied with the product!!! Will not recommend buying from this company! Lisa Ingram

buyer requested return due to size issue, we had provided a return policy information to buyer. The return policy also states that we do not cover the return shipping cost if it is the buyer's own issue. (If buyer received the wrong item, of course we will pay for the return shipping cost) but this case is buyer who does not like it, so buyer need to pay the return shipping costs ( return policy states that if it is the buyer’s own problem, we will not pay the return shipping fee)

5 out of 5 starsFinally after two attempts I received this bag organizer and if the wait weren’t so long I could happily say it’s worth it but nothing is worth a few months wait however this organizer is amazing. I have several organizers including the samorga which I do not care for and I do not use it but this one I’ve already started using in my Petite Noe. It’s perfect the fit, the faux suede, and the give. It’s spot to what I was looking for.

A: The first important thing when deciding the right organizer for your purse is its dimension. Take measuring tape and measure the inside of the handbags. Remember inside and not outside as much as possible. Take the interior height, width and length.

If you are not sure of the Bag In Bag size you need, then measure the bottom of your bag from inside and note down the length and width. Then measure the total height of your bag.

If I bought a Bag Organizer which I don't like,can I return the product?
Understandably, personalized and Custom Made items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. Although a few bad customers threatened us and left negative reviews, we never succumbed, and we must distinguish between right and wrong.
