Your happiness and satisfaction is my top priority! I want you to be pleased with your purchase and if for some reason you are not satisfied please contact me for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Buyer will be responsible for shipping and tracking charges.

Please contact me immediately if you are not completely satisfied with the piece due to the item arriving broken or breaking suddenly, I am more than willing to work with you to return/exchange the item in it's UNWORN and original condition.

All custom orders and requests are non-refundable.

Please complete payment within 24hrs. I accept Paypal and Direct Checkout with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discoverer card. Etsy gift cards are also welcome.

Payments are due up front for any listings made for custom orders. Custom requests cannot be started until payment is received. Thank you for understanding!
Shipping
Your purchase will be shipped 1-3 business days after payment has been cleared, Please make sure your address is correct. If there are two differing address (Etsy vs PayPal), please be sure to specify which address the package will be sent to.

For custom orders and requests, please allow 5-7 business days to make and ship.

Orders will be gift-wrapped and shipped in a padded envelope via USPS First Class mail. Seller is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit. Please request insurance or tracking if you are concerned about your package being lost, stolen or damaged.

With orders over $50, tracking will be included.

If you would like your order to be upgraded via USPS Priority or Express Mail please contact me.
Additional policies and FAQs
The majority of the materials I use are handpicked seashells. Please keep in mind that some of the shells on your piece will vary slightly in color, shape and size (and some with beach sand in them) but I try my best to make them match up as close to the picture as possible. Every piece is truly one of a kind!

The gemstones used may be subject to some natural flaws and inclusions. Please be aware that these are not "defective", just unique and beautiful, the way nature intended them.
