Announcement    Jewellery making has always been a big interest of mine, and my entire selection of jewellery is hand made using solid silver. These pieces will predominantly showcase my Caribbean roots; with themes of the ocean and sea animals in the forms of earrings, pendants, rings and bracelets.

There will be some rare items popping in and out of the shop from time to time. These pieces are usually sold on the island and don’t often make it online shop, so keep a look out for these rare finds ;)

Returns and exchanges
I regret that the customs service here in the Cayman Islands charges a huge amount of import duty on items arriving on the island, even items being returned. I am therefore sorry to say that I am not able to accept returned items without a restocking fee of 25% to cover some of the import duty I must pay to recover the item. Please make sure you are happy with the item and its size before you buy.
Payment
Please make your payment within 36hrs of submitting your purchase, otherwise I reserve the right to cancel the transaction and make the item available to another buyer.

There are no sales taxes in the Cayman Islands but do be aware that you may be subject to import duties and customs charges if you are receiving parcels from abroad. Please check with your customs department prior to ordering. Buyer is responsible for any customs charges and duties.
Shipping
Shipping is from the Cayman Islands in the Carribbean and will take much longer than domestic shipping. Postal deliveries typically leave the island weekly or twice a week, and will be sent standard airmail. The post office is a 2 hour round trip so I can only make this trip once a week, your parcel will be sent the weekend following your confirmed payment.

No postal insurance is available from the Cayman Islands nor any kind of tracking service so once the parcel has left my hands, it is in the hands of the gods - or the postal service until it arrives with you.

Typical shipping time to the USA - 10-14 working days.

Recycled packaging will be used wherever possible.
