Payment is via Paypal, credit card, or Etsy gift card and is due at the time you checkout.
Within the U.S. and abroad, most shipments are made via USPS First Class Mail (with delivery confirmation domestically). For more expensive items, particularly gold and sterling silver jewelry, shipping is by USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail takes about 2-3 business days in the US and 6-10 business days internationally.

Items are usually shipped 12-48 hours after the order is placed. The post office is closed on weekends and US holidays so no packages will go out on these days.

Octopus Parlour recycles shipping materials, so although we'd never send out something gross and soggy, some of what is used to ship may have been used before (like packing material & boxes).
Refunds and Exchanges
I want all buyers to be incredibly pleased and satisfied with their Octopus Parlour purchases. If there is something structurally wrong or defective with your jewelry or art, PLEASE send a convo. Once the piece is sent back, it will be fixed and shipped free of charge and including reimbursement of your postage back to Octopus Parlour. If you decide you would prefer a refund, Octopus Parlour will happily give you back your payment in full.

If you drop your necklace down 5 flights of stairs or smash your ring against the wall or your dog chews on your barrettes, I may be able to repair your jewelry for a small fee depending on the damage and availability of materials.

All sizes and materials are posted so please take a look before purchasing. The colors on the photos are as close to actuality as possible, but please realize that everyone's monitor is different. If you have ANY questions at all, please send a convo before purchasing!

Exchanges can be made within 7 days with prior approval only. Please contact Octopus Parlour before returning your purchase. No exchanges on items that arrive back damaged, have scratches or show any signs of being worn. Please ensure returns/exchanges/repairs are packaged well. All shipping fees both ways for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once again, any problems, PLEASE CONTACT ME! Before you leave negative feedback, I'd like to try to make your Octopus Parlour experience better. If you're not happy, I'm not happy and that's just sad.
Additional policies and FAQs
I love custom orders! If I have it available or can get it, I'll make it for you. Most custom orders take 2-4 weeks after any supplies that need to be ordered arrive.

Also for those with allergies, all my items come from a smoke-free, but cat-infested home.
