Announcement    EASTER HOLIDAYS - Please note that between 16th and 24th April orders will be dispatched every few days so that we can spend precious time with our family whilst our children are on their Easter Holidays from school.

POSTAGE CHARGES TOY NOISE INSERTS - Please note that Etsy has very basic shipping settings for multiple orders and therefore you may be overcharged at the point of purchase. We always refund any excess postage paid as we process an order whether you are in the UK or overseas. If you would like a shipping quote prior to placing an order, please send us a message via Etsy.

We do not use tracked delivery services to keep your postal costs down however if you would like an order to be sent by a tracked service please contact us prior to ordering to arrange this.

POSTAL DELAYS
We are based in the UK and use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels. Royal Mail is still experiencing delays around the world due to the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We ask you to be patient during this time, for parcels sent in the UK by Royal Mails 2nd class service please wait for a minimum of 15 working days UK, if you are elsewhere in the world and your parcel is sent by Royal Mail Standard International service please wait a minimum of 30 working days and for any parcels sent by International Economy the estimated delivery time is between 6-8 weeks so please wait a minimum of 8 weeks before contacting us either via our message button on Facebook or using our email address to report a missing parcel. Most parcels do turn up during this time so we greatly appreciate your patience as the postal delays are beyond our control.
