At this time I am only accepting Paypal. If you do not have Paypal account set up and would like to purchase from Odelma Vintage, please contact me and we can work it out.
You have a 4 day grace period before having to send payment. I will send an email with the invoice after the 2nd day of no payment received. After the 4th day, if you haven't communicated with me, letting me know why you haven't paid yet, then I will cancel the order and proceed with a negative buyer feedback.

Shipping
I have recently started listing shipping profiles for outside of the USA. If you come across an item that doesn't have a shipping profile for your location, shoot me a message and I'll make one for you!

In an effort to better package my orders, I am no longer fully refunding the difference in shipping (i.e. if you are charged more for shipping than it actually costs). This way I can cover shipping supplies. However, if the difference in shipping is more than $2.00, you will be refunded the extra amount (over $2.00).

Packages are shipped daily, unless you have been contacted and given other reason. If your Paypal address doesn't match your Etsy address, I'll contact you and ask which one to use. If no response within 2 days, I will ship to the Etsy address given.

All shipping will be done within 2 business days of purchase. I use one day to package, and ship the next.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are considered final.
To insure there are no problems, please contact me with further questions and pictures other than what's listed if you are unsure about your item before you buy it. If you have any problems or concerns, please contact me and we can go from there.

With most vintage items, there will be prior wear. I only list items that are in good condition and will gladly answer any questions you have about the condition of the item prior to purchasing. Please remember that what gives vintage items character is their prior use and gentle wear. It is super important to me that you are satisfied with your Odelma order and I will go to many extremes to make that happen! Communication is key. :)

Also, most jewelry listed in Odelma is considered costume. If a piece of jewelry is made from real materials, the price will be substantially more and a description will say if the item is real. Let me know if you have any questions.

In the instance that your item arrives to you broken by care of the post office, contact me and I will consider your case for refunding. If you qualify for a refund, I ask that you return the item to me. I will only refund the total for the item, and not the full total including shipping. Shipping fees will not be returned.
Additional policies and FAQs
Any purchase of an item marked RESERVED will result in an automatic cancellation unless you are the buyer the item is marked reserved for. To reserve an item, simply message me letting me know which item and why! There is a 48 hour limit on reserved items, and I will "check in" within those 48 hours to make sure you are still interested in the item. The 48 hours can be extended if you let me know why. :)
