For Functional Art Pieces (serving boards,trays,spoon rests,etc): Please do not use harsh soaps & cleaners. Use a soft dry or dampen with water cloth to wipe the work surface of your product. Please refrain from using sharp objects on work surface of your product. Resin is scratch-resistant,not scratch-proof. Store in cool,dry places.

When packing & shipping orders,I try to reduce wastes by reusing materials. For most items,I build boxes to accommodate the size of the item & use extra cardboard to ensure its protection while in transit. Customizing the size of packaging also allows lower shipping fees for consumers!

Due to COVID-19,gift wrapping is unavailable due to the inability to guarantee I can get certain supplies quickly. Most of my supplies get shipped to me.

The resins I currently use are from Alumilite Amazing Clear Cast & Counter Culture DIY. They are food-safe( FDA Compliant Resin- Complies with FDA 21 CFR 175.300) when a virgin layer(a layer free of pigments,paints,glitters) is added to the product. I use a virgin layer on all functional pieces meant for use with food. I do not recommend using hot foods with serving boards or trays. Room temperature or cool foods on products for a few hours is considered safe but please still just use caution & better judgment.

Most of my artwork does not include hardware to hang. Some reasons for this are:
•To give the buyer freedom of display(vertical vs horizontal on a wall vs tabletop,vs floor art,framed) to meet their aesthetics.

•To give the buyer freedom of hardware choice(nail vs thumbtack vs Command products)

Please be cautious when attaching hardware. Soon,the option to add hardware for an additional fee will be available!

Orders are shipped out ASAP Monday-Friday. Purchases made on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped Monday with the exception of holidays.

Returns are acceptable within seven (7) days of the order being marked as delivered. PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE REQUESTING TO RETURN to discuss the reason for returning. All materials used to pack the item(s) must be arranged to protect the item in its original fashion. The returner is responsible for return shipping & there is no refund for original shipping.

Order cancellations/returns made will receive a PARTIAL REFUND. Etsy Seller Refund Fees and postage shipping label costs will come out of the refund.

My work is done in a common area of my home. Slight imperfections,like tiny particles of dust, can find its way to resin projects even with the many preparations & precautions I take.

Also, due to resin’s temperamental nature,bubbles & tiny pits can occur. I do try to make my common working area warm enough for resin but also keep the room comfortable for my family.

I take plenty of pride in my pieces but there’s only so much sanding & flood coats can do. I can be a perfectionist but learning how to embrace imperfections! When posting a listing,I will get as many photos as I can so potential supports can see as much of the product as possible. My Instagram page usually also shows videos of my pieces.
