Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are taken on a case-by-case basis.

Unfortunately, very occasionally items do go missing in the post. If your item has not arrived after 25 days, please contact me for a refund or replacement.
Payment
You can purchase with a credit card at my shop through PayPal. You do not have to be a PayPal member in order to do this. PayPal is just the facilitator, and does not require any kind of sign up, or personal information from you than any other kind of credit card processor.

TO THE BUYER: If you choose to purchase with a credit card and do not want to join PayPal, you still click on the PayPal icon. That will take you to a PayPal screen where you find the option "I do not have a PayPal account" and follow the instructions. It's easy and quick.

Buyers are responsible for payment of any customs fees.
Shipping
All items are sent through Canada Post within 2 -3 days of receiving payment (if the item is purchased on Friday afternoon, or Saturday/Sunday, the item will be shipped Monday as Canada Post is not open on weekends). Should you require shipping insurance, please contact me. Shipping time to the U.S. ranges from 1 - 3 weeks, depending on your location. Canada Post estimates that items take one week to arrive at customs, and then 1 - 2 weeks to be delivered after that.
