All the products in this shop are handmade by me in my smoke-free home studio.
I pay great attention to detail and I love every item I make, but please be aware that the products may have minor imperfections, given that they are handmade. I make every item thinking of me, my children or my home, so they are made with love.

Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. Please check carefully the product you're buying. I always provide several photos and a thorough description of each product. If you have any questions, please contact me.
Payment
I accept payments via PayPal. To pay via PayPal you just need a valid email address and a credit card.
Buyers from Portugal can make a bank transfer. Please contact me for my account details.
The prices on Etsy are in US Dollars, but I also provide the equivalent in euros.
Shipping
The products are shipped via the Portuguese postal services. The shipping prices are for regular mail (without tracking information), but I prefer to use registered mail with tracking information. This option is more expensive but much safer. If you also prefer registered mail, please let me know in the message to seller, and I'll update the shipping price.
If you order more than 1 item and end up paying more for the shipping, I will also pay you back the difference via PayPal (again, you can contact me and I'll tell the correct shipping fees).

Items will be shipped within 24-48 hours of payment.

Items can be shipped worldwide.

Deliveries in Portugal usually take 2-4 days. International deliveries may take up to a month, depending on the country.

Any international customs fees, taxes, tariffs and duties charges should be payed by the buyer. Please check your country's import regulations.
