Ogg's hand carved pieces have beautifully crafted & feel quite special. Unique gift for chess enthusiasts. There're was an issue with the initial delivery ofwhich was no fault of Ogg's. Very impressed with how Ogg sent these out as they’re individually bubble wrapped and surrounded by packing peanuts. All of the pieces came without damage which is a relief! Very fast shipping turnaround and for the price I paid for these pieces I really can’t fault them. Thank you!

For dog lovers and chess players a great gift. Unfortunately, for me (as a non-chess player) the color differences and the differentiation of the dog heads and pieces are not sufficiently expressive. The figures are smaller than expected.

Beautiful pieces, quite large! This is a very attractive chess set and gets a lot of attention from guests. The only thing I would improve is that they would benefit from having felt on the bottom to keep them from scratching up the board.

All in all, you can tell the time it took to craft these pieces. They came out really nice...I did reach out on some concerns so the communication was there as well. I will suggest adding 1-1/4" felt bottoms to not scratch your board, this also gives a smoother playing experience. Thank you again for creating these, I plan to order another set going forward.

It's super cute, colour request was easy and it looked great. All the pieces are heavy and feel like good quality. It's a great gift for chess lovers or even as a display piece.
