What’s your processing time?
Most orders are made to order and ship in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Personalized orders may add +1 business day if a proof is requested.
- Multiple items may ship separately; each parcel receives its own tracking number.
- Need it by a specific date? Message us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility.
How long is delivery, and can I upgrade shipping?
Typical US delivery is 3–6 business days after dispatch. International delivery usually ranges 7–21 business days, and customs may add time
- Upgrades (e.g., expedited or priority) are available at checkout—message us if you’re unsure which to choose.
- Timelines are estimates; weather, carriers, and holidays can affect speed. We’ll share tracking and keep you updated.
Can I personalize my shirt? Do you send proofs?
Many listings allow names, dates, or short phrases. Add details in the Personalization box or send us a message
- We layout text for best readability (spacing, size, line breaks).
- Proofs aren’t sent by default to keep orders fast. If you request a proof, we’ll send one within 12–24 hours and hold production up to 24 hours for approval. No reply after that window = we proceed to avoid delays.
What size should I choose, and how do I care for the garment?
Our tees are unisex/true-to-size. For a relaxed/oversized look, choose one size up.
- Check the size chart in photos and compare with a favorite tee laid flat (width/armpit-to-armpit, length/shoulder-to-hem).
- Care: Turn inside out; cold wash; tumble dry low; do not bleach; cool iron inside out; avoid ironing directly on the print.
What’s your policy on returns, exchanges, and cancellations?
Returns/exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items; buyer pays return shipping. Please contact us first for authorization.
- Personalized/custom items are final sale unless there’s a defect.
- Exchanges are processed once the original item is received; we’ll help you reorder the correct size.
- Cancellations: within 2 hours of purchase. Address changes are possible before production/shipping—message us ASAP.
My order arrived damaged/incorrect/late—what should I do?
Message us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging—we’ll replace or refund promptly.
- If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have it, please check with household/neighbors and your local carrier, then contact us; we’ll assist with a claim.
- If a parcel is lost in transit, we’ll reship once the carrier confirms it as lost.
- We can’t control carrier or customs delays, but we’ll help you track and resolve issues quickly.
