**Please do not measure old collars. Doing so will most likely give you the wrong measurement**

Our collars are measured in inches. The size you ordered will not be the length of the collar when opened and lying flat. The final measurement of our collars is taken around the INSIDE of a BUCKLED closed collar, this is the most accurate way to get a great fit for your pup.

Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your dogs neck where you would like the collar to sit. Do not wrap it too tightly, please use your own judgement.

Test out the collar size by setting up the soft measuring tape in a loop set at the size you chose. Place it around your dogs neck to see how it fits. Check to be sure your dog can't slip his or her head out.

To ensure our customers receive a well fitting collar, we like to check in to make sure that the right size has been ordered. This is especially important because these collars do not adjust and cannot be lengthened or shortened, and due to their custom nature, they are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once reading though our follow up message about sizing, about 30% of our customers change sizes, sometimes by up to 3 inches. It is for this reason that if you do not reply to our follow up messages (we usually send two), we will cancel and fully refund your order. We do this with our customers best interest in mind, in attempts to avoid their disappointment of receiving a collar that does not fit.

Pets can get messy sometimes! The good news is that all of our products are very easy to clean!

Should your nylon paracord products get dirty or muddy, rinse them with cold water.

Often spot cleaning gets the job done, however, if you want to thoroughly wash the entire item, hand washing with mild detergent and then rinsing with cold water is recommended.

Nylon paracord products should be hung to air dry in a cool place and should never be dried in a clothes dryer as the temperature in the dryer can damage the rope and cause the paracord to shrink.

As it turns out, we do not offer discounts when multiple items or sets are purchased as we already keep our prices as low as possible. However, we only charge shipping on the first item, any additional items you add to your order will ship at no additional cost to you.
