Hello Magpie wants you to be 100% happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible.

Given the nature of our goods, returns and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, items must be in the same, unused condition as when purchased.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will issue a full refund less original shipping or exchange the items within 30 days of original receipt. Please note the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Refunds will be issued once items have been received and inspected. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item has been worn or used and is no longer in sellable condition.

Ohio residents will be charged 6.75% sales tax.
Shipping
Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. They are usually shipped within 48 hours after receiving payment.

All orders will be shipped to the address listed in Etsy, unless otherwise specified. Please verify your address is correct upon checkout to avoid delays in shipping.

International buyers are responsible for all applicable V.A.T., G.S.T., customs and duties fees, and taxes associated with their purchase. These charges are in addition to shipping.

We take care to package your items with care to ensure your items reach you safely. We take pride in using recycled, recyclable, or biodegradable shipping and packaging materials and ask that you please recycle/repurpose the materials upon arrival.
