The good (+3): Beautiful bag with vibrant color and a natural and simplistic design. It's also very roomy and holds a great deal of items. The bad (-2): I normally pack a sandwich, piece of fruit, and Greek yogurt. But sometimes I pack a mason jar with something yummy in it or a ceramic bowl of soup. This makes the strap useless, because the weight of the bag causes the thin cord/strap to really dig into you. Your other option is to carry it by hand, but I wanted a bag with a strap so I have both hands free while making the long trek to the hospital (one for my drink and one for my phone). The other negative: If something spills in it (which this has happened to me), you're left with a soggy, dripping bag. It's easy to wash, but it loses its nice shape (even after ironing) and the artwork fades/cracks dramatically). :(
We are Oh, Little Rabbit
We started Oh, Little Rabbit as our creative outlet and for our own enjoyment as a hobby business in the beginning of 2010. When we first opened, we were literally printing out of a converted hallway coat closet in our 1 bedroom apartment! Over the following year and a half as our business grew we decided to take a leap of faith and turn our 'hobby' into our full time jobs.
Our product line is a reflection of the things we enjoy and want to have in our own home. We love the idea of practical art. A piece that can be displayed and visually enjoyed, as well as earn its keep on the oven bar by being the best dish drying flour sack towel around.
Being eco-friendly is very important to us so we make sure to use organic and recycled materials whenever possible. We also use nontoxic water based inks. We are very passionate about using the highest quality materials and partnering with ethical companies who provide us with our supplies and textiles.
We illustrate every image, burn every screen, print every piece by hand and package every order. It is truly just the two of us, and we really do love what we do.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please understand that shipping internationally can take a bit of extra time due to the fact that the package will have to pass through customs. Sometimes packages zip right through, other times packages can be delayed for weeks. Please take this into consideration when placing an order especially if you need the items by a specific date. Please also understand that if we could, we would get your packages to you immediately, but unfortunately once we drop the package off at the post office, shipping time is completely out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for any shipping related incidences. International shipping is unfortunately a little higher risk than domestic shipping. Due to all of these factors, we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post and we always obtain proof of postage and shipment. Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract duties and custom fees. They are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information.
If you have any shipping questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!

If you want to return or exchange your order, please contact us within 5 days from the day you receive your order so we can make arrangements with you. Unfortunately, If more than 5 days pass from the day you receive your order a return or exchange is no longer available. No returns will be accepted and no refunds given unless contacted via email and arrangements are made before the order is shipped back to us. If you are looking to return your order for any reason other than a flaw in your product, a 20% restocking fee will be withheld from the refund.
Although we love to make special orders for our customers, due to the time and effort we put into making custom and personalized items we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom or made to order purchases.
As we mentioned in our shipping policy, we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost in the post. We always obtain proof of postage and shipment for every order. This rarely ever happens and when it does it is very unfortunate, but we cannot be held responsible for USPS and their employees.
