"Oh melisa!" is based out of my little house in the Pittsburgh Pa.

I make one of a kind, hand embroidered applique items for children (and sometimes grown ups).

Enjoy shopping and contact me about any questions you may have.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

I am always happy to do whatever I can to make sure my customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.

Returns and/or exchanges, etc. are handled on an individual basis.
PLEASE contact me before negative feedback!

Payment

I accept these methods of payment:
-Paypal
-Credit Card
-Money Order
-Personal Check
*Any mailed payment orders will not be shipped until payment is received and check has cleared.

Customers have 2 days to make a payment or contact me to set up an arrangement. If I do not hear from the customer within those three days the sale will be canceled.

PA tax is included in price listed.

Shipping

All shipping is regular first class, unless otherwise arranged.
If it is my fault that an order is late, I always pay extra for priority mail.

Insurance, delivery confirmation, etc. is only added to orders over $30, unless requested.

Additional policies and FAQs

Many items are made to order (onesies, journals, patches, custom items) and may take up to 3 weeks to complete and ship. Contact me with any deadlines and I'll be happy to work with you.

Although many of my items are one of a kind, I do welcome custom orders. If you are interested in something specific, please contact me.

Wholesale orders are also welcome, please contact me with inquiries.
