Thank you for stopping by! My name is Carly and I am the owner of Oh My Custom Designs. I opened this shop Christmas Day 2016 and had my first sale January 2017. Since we have over 1,000 sales while hitting 5 countries and 46 states 🗺️

Shipping Policy
COVID-19 SHIPPING POLICY
Although turnover times will remain the same, there may be shipping delays.
99% of All items ship via USPS. Please carefully place your order, as incomplete information can result in shipping delays. The customer assumes responsibility for any delays caused by incorrect or partial shipping information. All damage or shortages must be reported within seven days else order is considered complete.
Although all items are well-packaged, we have no control over the handling of the package after it leaves our facility. Occasionally items may be damaged in shipping. If damage occurs please message us as soon as possible. We will fix or replace the product, whichever we determine is best, as quickly as we can.
