All my mobiles are decorative items and are not toys for children. If you choose to hang a mobile in a child's room please be sure to it hang out of reach and use appropriate hardware to secure the mobile. I advise against hanging this over a child's bed because of the possible risk of injury. Hardware is not provided for installation.

Returns and exchanges
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to me. If you are dissatisfied with your pre-made item please contact me within 30 days of purchase and I will make arrangements to either refund the cost of the item (less shipping) or place a new order for you. All items must be returned in the original condition at the purchasers expense before any refunds will be issued. I apologize, no refunds can be given on custom items, please make sure you are certain of your choices when placing the order.
All custom orders are considered final once approved by the customer. Mobiles cannot be changed or altered once completed. To do so would compromise the balance and damage the birds. Please make sure you are certain of your choices when placing the order and making approvals.
If the item arrives damaged, contact me immediately and together we will make arrangements to fix or replace the item.
