I accept payment through paypal only. If you do not have the funds to purchase the item immediately, please feel free to message me. I will have no problem reserving your item for a length of time. As for taxes, where I live has no taxes. Taxes just sucks. Period. End of story. :)

Shipping
I ship domestically through the US postal service and internationally via UPS. Please allow a few days for your order to arrive in the US, a few weeks anywhere else. I package everything myself, so you can be sure your items will arrive safely. I will also send you a message to tell you the exact date I sent it away and the estimated time of arrival.

Refunds and Exchanges
I will refund items with only sufficient evidence. If you are not happy with your item I will gladly refund it with the return of the item. Damages due to defect will be refunded, however damages due to negligence or misuse will not. I prefer to keep refunds as a case to case sort of thing, so just message me. :)
