"Oh my heart!" is our household phrase for moments or objects that are just too precious. With each item I create, my motivating goal are those three words. When you open your packages for the first time, I want you to fall in love with your new beautiful item, sitting pretty in it's packaging, waiting to be cherished. After all what is more special than something handmade? Why do we spend that extra money to buy something on etsy and not from a factory across the world? Because every detail, from each stitch, to the screws tightened on an embroidery hoop, is done with pride and care. That, is what my shop is all about.

I gladly accept all major forms of payment. As a protections to both you and myself, payment is required before orders are started.
Shipping
♦♦♦ PROCESSING TIME:
The time needed to prepare each order varies. For details, see individual items. Please note, timelines mentioned are rough guidelines. Orders often ship faster. In the rare case there is a delay, I will contact you immediately. If an item is needed by a certain date please contact me prior to purchase and I will do what I can to help. Otherwise buyer is responsible for verifying processing times before purchasing. I happily supply all information needed and am not responsible if my terms are ignored. Failure to provide the needed information or delayed responses to emails may delay your order.

♦♦♦ SHIPPING TIME:
NOTE: International orders take approximately 2-3 weeks for arrival. I do everything within my power to provide excellent service but sadly cannot control your package once it leaves my hands. I do not provide refunds or discounts in the rare inconvenience of a delayed delivery. Buyer acknowledges this upon agreement to purchase and realizes I am not responsible for any delay experienced. If a faster shipping upgrade is needed, contact me prior to purchase and I'll gladly provide assistance.

♦♦♦ SHIPPING METHOD:
When there is a problem with shipping, understandably I am the one customers return to. You can see why as a seller I prefer all orders purchase both tracking and insurance. Sadly this shipping method is very costly. I've compromised and allow regular post however, TRACKING AND INSURANCE ARE NOT INCLUDED. This cheaper method is provided as a favour to you so I am not responsible for compensation in the case of an order being lost in transit. (Although such a situation has yet to arise.) And I will not provide discounts or a refunded if your order does not arrive when you expect it. There is no way for me to trace a package if you have not purchased tracking. If you would like insurance or a tracking number at additional cost, contact me prior to purchase.

♦♦♦ INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Be aware of your country's import charges, you are responsible for any customs fees.

♦♦♦CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
Any Canada Post package thicker than 2 cm incurs an extra $13 in shipping costs. To avoid the extra fee, jewelry is packaged in kraft boxes thinner than the 2cm maximum, but with two exceptions; cuff bracelets (the face measures larger than 2cm so they require the upgrade) and any setting measuring more than 1 7/8" long or 3/4" wide that will not fit in the smaller kraft box. The previously mentioned items will be gift-wrapped in another manner. Thank you for your understanding.
Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is to leave you completely satisfied with your purchase- if a problem arises please contact me as soon as possible.

♦♦♦RETURNS/EXCHANGES
I go to great lengths to accurately portray all items and provided all information needed. It is the buyer's responsibility to read descriptions and policies before purchasing. In the unfortunate case you are unhappy with a product I gladly accept returns or exchanges (with the exception of personalized or custom orders, see below). You must contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I must receive the item unused and in the original packaging within 30 days. The buyer will be responsible to pay return postage and no refund will be given for shipping costs.

♦♦♦PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ORDERS:
If a problem arises, it will be handled on a case by case basis. However please note that I generally do not accept returns on these types of orders. If you are concerned, I am more than happy to send a photo proof of your piece prior to shipping.

♦♦♦CANCELING AN ORDER:
It is the buyer's responsibility to make educated purchases. I do everything I can to provide transparent services included clearly stated turnaround and shipping times. If you would like to cancel an order please contact me ASAP. Decisions will be handled on a case to case basis. Refunds cannot be issued if your piece has already been started.

Additional policies and FAQs
♦♦♦WHY HASN'T MY ITEM ARRIVED YET?
Rest assured, your item is very likely still on its way. As outlined in my shipping policies, orders take around 10 business days to arrive. In the case that there is an unusual delay consider, is it holiday season? Has there been a postage disruption? These factors could cause a slight longer than normal shipping time.

♦♦♦WHAT IS MY ORDER'S TRACKING NUMBER?
Unless you contacted me for a shipping upgrade, orders do not come with tracking. There is no way to trace your package without this upgrade. See shipping policies for more details.
