OhTheCuteness' Shop Policies
Oh the Cuteness is a collection of items made by Chase Clark, an Oakland-based artist. All items are crafted with loving care from the highest quality materials with special emphasis on eco-friendly, recycled, and vintage supplies.
Oh the Cuteness accepts PayPal as the principal means of payment. On special circumstances, we also will accept money orders, so if you need to use one please contact us and we will make special arrangements.
Orders are shipped as soon as possible via first class mail where applicable to keep shipping rates low, but please allow 2 weeks from purchase date for delivery. We do not offer expedited shipping, but insurance and/or delivery confirmation are available upon request for a small fee.
Orders are not shipped until payment is received. If payment is not received within one week of the purchase date, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further contact.
Refunds and Exchanges
All returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Refunds can be issued for the purchase price and original shipping, but we do not reimburse return shipping except under special circumstances.
