About

The Odds are Good, but the Goods are Odd

Oh, wait...I'm not talking about dating anymore. Anyway: it all started somewhere deep inside an awkward child living on the Pacific Coast, who found solace in her artwork. Nurtured by an art teacher she will never forget, Lynn has been creating her entire life. Growing up in farming/ranching families, and in a diverse area, they were practicing sustainability and re-purposing long before it was socially conscious and trendy.

Our shop is operated out of our home; we are a proud military family who feels that art should be accessible and affordable to all. We sit around the kitchen table and create, paint and talk the way some families play Yahtzee.

Our designs come from whatever inspires us that moment; as we believe that while technical skill can provide accurate results, creating things that are dear to your heart puts an extra bit of life and warmth in them that sets it apart and shows in the final product. That "je ne sais quoi", as the French say.

Inner Piece allows us to fulfill our three core values: repurposing and sustainability, accessible/affordable art, and community service/charitable giving.

Thank you for stopping by and enjoying our random happiness with us!

15% of our proceeds are donated to charity, including our community partner Vets Adopt Pets, which assists Veterans in finding companion or service animals. Please visit them at www.vetsadoptpets.org and www.usvetsadoptpets.org.

Thank you for stopping by! Guided by Depression-era grandparents, Amish friends, and a big-city upbringing; my motivation is to make unique art out of recycled and re-purposed items. I love things that are beautiful, functional, economical, and funky. I can only thank nature and my revered high school art teacher for any training I might have. We are a woman and disabled veteran home business who love to support our community and local artisans whenever possible.
