The love sign is amazing! We got a nice big wooden frame to hang around the sign! It go perfect with my country chic bedroom decor! There was a few kinks with some of the ordering the sign however, the owner was over kind! She went above and beyond for me and I would definitely use her again! THANK YOU.

Returns and exchanges

Due to the nature of our vintage items, all sales are final (we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges). We describe all vintage items, through both photography and description, as accurately as possible. If you have any questions about a particular item, please make sure to contact us prior to purchase.

Once an order is given to the shipping carrier, the package then becomes the carrier's responsibility and Old Crow Farm is no longer liable.

We are only able to offer store credit or refunds in the event of severe damage during shipping. Please send us photos if such an unfortunate event occurs within 48 hours of delivery. Please know that we pack all of our items very carefully to ensure they arrive safely!

Payment

Payment is required within 72 hours of purchase. If you think you are going to have difficulty paying within this deadline, please, contact us. When payment is not received within this time-frame, and we receive no answer to convos within 24hrs, orders will be unfortunately automatically cancelled and relisted.

For Reserved Listings payment must be received within 72 hours or will automatically be relisted.

We accept payments through Paypal, which allows for Debit and Credit Card payments without a paypal account. Paypal is safe, secure and easy to use.

To pay with a credit card choose the paypal option and then the "continue without a paypal account" link on the paypal page. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to convo me and we will happily help you out ;)

Items will not be shipped until confirmation of the PayPal payment has been received.

Shipping

We ship via Priority USPS. Our product is shipped in 10-14 days once payment is received, as we cut all of our product to order. Wholesale orders are shipped via fedex. We will ship to your Etsy Address unless another address is specified in the note to seller.
