The banner had to be custom made & we did ship overnight, of course at our expense for expedited shipping.

Returns and exchanges
We do, of course, issue refunds if we cannot fulfill your order because inventory turnover is faster than anticipated.
We also accept checks, echecks, money orders -- and will ship upon receipt and confirmation of the payment.
We try our very best to keep shipping costs low, and have been known to absorb the extra costs due to our under-estimation of shipping costs.
We simply don't like to see high shipping costs, so we shave it as close as we can to what we think reasonable.
