Welcome to Bucks County Vintage. It was in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, that we discovered antiques shopping with my mother -- who walked us as children to the local antique store nearly daily.

Our goal is to extend this tradition of antiquing and treasuring vintage items to you! It's eco-friendly, sustainable, charming and leads you to items typically better than the mass-manufactured items available in stores today.

In doing so, we aim to make you happy! If you have any quibbles whatsoever, please contact us directly before leaving feedback -- and we'll make every effort to make things right!

Returns and exchanges

We do not generally accept returns, except in certain cases. Contact us directly if you have an issue that needs to be resolved. We'll do everything reasonable in our power to satisfy you -- and expect you to contact us if there's an issue -- before you register a negative feedback.

We do, of course, issue refunds if we cannot fulfill your order because inventory turnover is faster than anticipated.

Payment

Payment is pretty self-explanatory. Pay by Paypal and it amounts to an instant payment. Thank you!

We also accept checks, echecks, money orders -- and will ship upon receipt and confirmation of the payment.

Shipping

We generally like to say we ship on Wednesdays and Saturdays, but truth be told, we usually ship a day or two after your order is received and paid for. An occasional exception may come up, when we are super busy with our day job, and life's flows.

We try our very best to keep shipping costs low, and have been known to absorb the extra costs due to our under-estimation of shipping costs.

We simply don't like to see high shipping costs, so we shave it as close as we can to what we think reasonable.

Additional policies and FAQs

There's nothing stopping you from making an offer 10 % or so below our listed price, if you find it unreasonable.

We strive to be reasonable -- and to make every transaction a special one.

Often, we send a little something extra in our packages. Shopping with us is an experience, not a mere transaction -- or so we hope!
