How to Download your purchase:
Once your purchase and payment has been processed, you will receive an email with a link to your digital files. It will say: "View your Files on Etsy". Click on that link and you will be able to access your digital file. You can also access your digital items by going to "You", selecting "Purchases & Reviews", and then going to the corresponding purchase and clicking on "View your files."

Please note, digital orders can not be downloaded through the Etsy App. You will need to log in through a browser on your phone or on a computer.

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
*Where is my order? I can't download my order. How do I access my order?
- The listing you purchased is an instant download, so it is already available for you to access. You should have received an email from Etsy. This is automatically sent to the email address Etsy has on file for you. Make sure this email address is correct, I CAN NOT resend the download link to a different email address.
If you don't see it in your regular email folder, it may have ended up in your spam folder. You can also access your order directly from your Etsy account. Just log into your Etsy account from a computer. Go to the top right of the page and click on the drop down menu under "You." Go to "Purchases & Reviews." Then scroll down until you see your order. You can then click on the download button next to your order and follow the prompts to download.
*My collage sheet isn't printing correctly.
- Collage sheets come as either full page (8.5" x 11") or half page (4"x6"). When you print at home, make sure your printer settings are set up to these dimensions and the "fit to page" button is not clicked.
*I need my order as a pdf.
- All items in my shop, unless listed differently, come as jpeg files. I am happy to convert the collage sheets to pdf files. You will need to send me this request as a convo. I don't always see messages in the "note to seller" box.
