Deep in the heart of Texas

My name is Denise and I met Edmond in Chicago four years ago. Since then, we have fallen in love, moved to Austin, gotten married, and turned our love of vintage merchandise into a career.

As children of the 80’s and 90’s, Edmond and I are nostalgic for things like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, fanny packs, Cosby sweaters, and high-waisted mom jeans. We get really excited when we find objects from our past and want our customers to feel that same excitement when they look at our shop.

Currently, Edmond is a photographer who puts his skills to good use shooting photos for our shop, and I am a freelance fashion designer in my spare time. I mend any vintage items that need minor repairs, such as fixing a hem or sewing on a button. Together we have over ten years of combined experience finding vintage merchandise, and we know the best places in Texas to look.

We absolutely love selling on Etsy and look forward to making one of our favorite pastimes into a career.

Frequently asked questions

Sizing details

What are flat measurements?
We measure our garments on a flat surface, not a dress form or actual person. We recommend measuring one of your own garments on a flat surface to compare to an item you are thinking of purchasing.

For bottoms, such as pants or skirts, the waist measurement is also flat, so you will need to double it to get the whole circumference.

Sizing details

What does pit-to-pit mean?
It is the length across from one arm pit to the other when the garment is laying flat.

Sizing details

How do you measure length?
It is generally the center length of the garment from the neck (excluding any collar) to the bottom of the hem as measured on a flat surface.

Sizing details

How do you measure sleeve length?
We measure sleeve length from the top/ outside of the sleeve from where the sleeve meets the shoulder to the end of the cuff.

We are transitioning to measuring under the arm, from arm pit to the end of the cuff, and we denote that measurement in the newer listings.
