WE ONLY USE THE ADDRESS YOU GIVE ON YOUR ETSY ORDER (NOT PAYPAL)! PLEASE BE SURE IT IS THE CORRECT ADDRESS, IF NOT PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

We ship United States Postal Service (USPS) only. Domestic U.S. shipping rates are listed in each of our descriptions. We always combine shipping on multiple purchases, so please do not submit payment until you receive an order confirmation from us.

International orders may be shipped Global Priority, Global Express Mail, Global Express Guaranteed, or Air Parcel Post. Rates and customs regulations vary from country to country, so please contact us for information before placing a purchase order.

*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CAN NOT BE TRACKED OR INSURED, THEREFORE WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE IT. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS "SHIP AT YOUR OWN RISK"- meaning we can not be held responsible for late or lost packages. We can send you copies of the shipping receipt and copies of the customs declaration but this is all we can do from our end to ensure you know I we sent your package, please consider this when ordering.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a return. We do not charge any restocking fees. We would greatly appreciate that you are sure that your chosen item is something you would truly like to order. I recommend tracing out the listed dimensions on paper to see if they suit your tastes. If you have any questions about the item, please ask before ordering. Refunds are issued less shipping costs, no exceptions.

The following conditions apply:

1) The item must be mailed to us within 3 days of notification.
2) The item must be returned via USPS in its original packaging, insured for the full purchase price with delivery confirmation. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3) The item must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you, with any tags or identifying marks intact.

In case of items damaged or lost during shipment, please notify us immediately upon receipt of the parcel, and we will provide you with information regarding filing a claim with USPS. Do not return items damaged in shipping before contacting us, as doing so will void the shipping insurance. Be sure to keep all the original packaging, as well as all pieces of the damaged item. USPS will ask to examine the parcel when the claim is filed.

USPS requires a waiting period of 30 days from the date of mailing before filing a claim for lost items. If you have not received your parcel within a reasonable period of time after receiving our notice of shipment, please email us to report the problem. USPS may ask to review email correspondence between the buyer and seller to confirm details and verify the loss.
