If you have found this, that means you have done a little bit of internet stalking. My name is Rachel Duff (in no relation to the beer on the Simpson's or Hilary) and I live in the big ol' city of LA, however, I am a born and bred country girl, hailing from the Missouri Ozarks. I am a lover of puppies, iced coffee, rock n' roll, cowboy boots, bell bottoms, steel guitars, chevy trucks and all things cute and country. 

In February 2019, I started this brand, aptly named Old Sole Designs. As mentioned, I've got a thing for cowboy boots, the more worn in, the better. I was searching for a name that could encompass my "new-vintage" girly and gritty persona, hence old sole, like the ones on your all-time favorite boots. 

As a child, I was never the artsy type, I played competitive softball for 13 years. I never thought I had any artistic talent, well, I guess I proved myself wrong. I began working for a luxury online consignment store and eventually moved up into photographing items, creating promotional campaigns, and began to work in video editing... I'm talking iMovie level production. I was working 2 jobs, 6 days a week, and going to school full time in pursuit of my Marketing and Communications degree. Through a family connection, I began to work under a respected music industry veteran in Public Relations and began to do social media and video packages for her non-profit charities. Through that, I got a job at a global guitar company, where I currently work as a Digital Media Coordinator/Graphic Designer.
