Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with an item that is $100 or less, the item(s) must be returned within 10 days after shipping date and MUST be sent back in the original packaged manner and condition sent. Return shipping will be at the buyer's cost. Refunds will be sent via Paypal upon satisfactory return of the item.

Items of over $100 there will be no returns so please ask questions and review all pictures provided.
We only accept Paypal payments. California residents will be charged an 7.75% tax rate.
All packages will ship first class to continental U.S. addresses unless a buyer requests that their purchase be shipped via Priority Mail. If Priority Mail is preferred, all applicable shipping charges will be applied. Insurance will be additional unless $50+ is purchased then insurance is also FREE. Delivery confirmation is FREE to all continental U.S. addresses.

For items/purchases priced above $250 USD, a trackable shipping method that provides signature confirmation at delivery will be purchased and applied to a buyers invoice.

***Policy change beginning Nov. 29th, 2012. We no longer accept international orders unless a minimum of $35 is purchased. My former postal delivery store discontinued service which now requires that I take packages to our main post office. I also am not responsible if/when packages go missing unless insurance is purchased. I do receive a receipt of delivery from the post office which covers me but not you as the buyer.
Additional policies and FAQs
If a RESERVE listing is requested, the listing will be available for 2 weeks. If the RESERVE is not purchased within that time frame, all inventory will be returned to stock.

Please NOTE: "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone." If this store has had a questionable past transaction with a buyer, we reserve the right to cancel any and all subsequent purchases. Life is too short to be stressed out over a few dollars!!!
