If you have a question about a listing, need special services for shipping, have something that didn't live up to your expectations, or even just want to chat, don't hesitate to send us a convo.

Returns and exchanges
If for any other reason you are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to work with you to make sure you are satisfied, including exchanging your item for something else we have in our inventory that is of similar value, or refunding you the purchase price of the item once it has been returned to us. If you do feel a return or exchange is necessary you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we are committed to working with you until you are completely satisfied. Guaranteed.
We expect payment within 24 hours of purchase. If special circumstances prevent you from making payment within 24 hours please convo us ASAP so we can work out a manageable/acceptable time frame for payment. If payment is not made within 48 hours of purchase, and we do not hear from you via convo, then we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item. If this does occur negative feedback will be left.
If you would prefer another carrier, please convo us prior to purchase so we can make other arrangements and charge accordingly. In all instances we expect the purchaser to pay the full charges incurred for shipping.
We usually ship at the lowest rate available, so if you would like an upgrade in service to Priority or Express please convo us before purchase so we can make necessary adjustments to the shipment cost before you make payment.
We also do not automatically include insurance, tracking, or receipt confirmation, so if you would would like to have any of these services applied to your shipment please convo before purchase as well so it can be added.
Many of the items we offer are odd dimensions, over-sized, heavy or fragile, and our shipping prices are approximations/estimates of actual cost. Once items are shipped, if the amount you have been charged for shipping exceeds the actual shipping cost by more than $1 we will refund the difference through PayPal.
We do ship internationally. All regular shipping policies apply, and you will be solely responsible for any additional costs that may result from international shipment, or customs charges that may apply. All international customs slips will be marked as "Gift" and will not include invoices in the package. All packages will be valued at the purchase price.
All orders will be shipped within 5 working days of payment. You will receive an email once your package has shipped.
