Halloween orders 2023 - cut off date is Oct. 9. Upgrades to Priority or Express shipping at checkout is encouraged. Please ask questions prior to purchase if you need costumes by a certain date. Rush order fees may apply if ordering after the 9th. Rush order shipping is available at checkout.

I tried to reach out to the customer and explain that some feather loss is completely normal, but the costume will never go bald. I do include a note in my packages explaining how one should proceed when first receiving a costume and that it helps to shake them out. This will help with any loose feathers and also helps to fluff them out.

Sizing / Measurements
MEASUREMENTS: Measurements are listed in each costume listing under Item Details. Your waist measurement is very important. Please choose the size that best matches your waist in inches. (Feel free to message me prior to purchasing if you have any questions)
PLEASE SEND YOUR (You can also leave a note at checkout with your order):
Bra size: (example: 32A, 34C, 36C, etc.)
Waist: (example: 25", 27", 30" etc.)
NOTE: Choosing the wrong size, may cause a delay in your order being shipped. I am not responsible for sizing issues if I do not receive your measurements from you ahead of time. I encourage you to leave a note at checkout with your: 1) Waist in inches, 2) Bra size

Corset costumes usually take 2-3 weeks to complete.
If you need the costume sooner, please contact me ahead of time to explore your options.

I highly recommend choosing either USPS PRIORITY or EXPRESS shipping at checkout. An additional $70 rush order fee (not including shipping upgrades) may apply to all orders after the cut off date, for Halloween delivery.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

*It is important to go off of the measurements that I write in each costume description.
*Due to the nature of these items, and usually their one time use, NO REFUNDS are given but I will do my best to work with you and any problems that occur. In most cases, if the the costume does not fit, I will try and correct the sizing issue for you and an exchange may be possible, depending on my stock, or a store credit may be issued. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges.
