Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase after getting a parcel, an item must be returned within 7 days in after the buyer receives it. All items must be returned in original condition without any physical changes. I do not refund payment for delivery, only the price of the item.
- If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, please, contact me as soon as possible before leaving feedback and opening a case and we will resolve any problem.
- If you want to return an item, please, note there is 30% restocking fee if there is no seller fault. Return shipping cost is paid by the customer. The item must be shipped with track number only to our location in Ukraine.
- If the item has a tag, and you want to return an item, please, ship it back with a tag not broken or removed. If a tag is removed or broken, we will refund only 50% of the cost of an item.
- If you have made payment but decided to cancel the order when it was already sent, you will be refunded a sum also, except the 30 restocking fees and the shipping cost, as the cancellation is not due to the seller.
- Please, note you will get your money back after the parcel is returned to the seller. I will be greatful if you proviide a tracking number.
Payment
Currently, I only accept payments through Paypal and Other method. If you choose payment method Other, the link to complete a payment will be provided during 10 hours. Usually much faster.

My shop is situated in Ukraine, all items are made in Ukraine as well, but I ship all orders to the USA and Canada through our warehouse in the USA (MN). So your orders are delivered by the USPS or Fedex (with track number) safe and sound.
Delivery time to the USA is about 5-10 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
All orders to Australia and New Zealand are shipped from Ukraine.
Australia or New Zealand: 5-10 business days.
