I start preparing orders on Monday and ship in 3-4 days. Please give me your PHONE NUMBER for the best experience.
All orders will be shipped with EXPRESS SHIPPING. Estimated shipping times are;
2-3 business DAYS for the USA and Canada
1 business DAY for EU
2-4 business DAYS for the rest of the world.
Tracking information will be sent to your e-mail by ETSY.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX?
Every country has different tax regulations but you may be asked to pay tax to receive your order.
According to my experience, none of my US customers needed to pay tax but some of my EU customers had to pay it.
I don't make any refunds if you reject paying tax, because in this case they ask the shipper to pay it which might be higher amount than your order.
CAN I SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT?
Yes, you can. Please leave me a note if you need gift wrapping.
Please give me the recipient's address and phone number for the best experience. I have to state price on the invoice but there will not be any price label on the item. If you want to leave her a note, please write me at checkout.
HOW CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Customized order cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives broken, I need a proof as following: A photo taken with the shipping package with the item in the box. The photo of an item alone is not enough as it might be broken after use. If the proof is acceptable, the item will be replaced with a new one. Please don't ask for a refund.
YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU REJECT YOUR PACKAGE. Because it will be shipped back to me and again, it costs too much (sometimes a higher amount than your order).
HOW CAN I CARE IT BEST?
Most of the items are decors and some parts are fragile. Please do not use as a toy.
